Services Offered: Sanson Agriculture provides agricultural services including but not limited to crop management, soil analysis, pest control, and advisory services.
Scope of Work: Clients agree to the scope of work as outlined in the service agreement or as discussed with Sanson Agriculture representatives. Any deviations from the agreed-upon scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Payment Terms: Clients agree to pay for services rendered by Sanson Agriculture in accordance with the agreed-upon rates and payment schedule. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide Sanson Agriculture with at least 7 days/weeksnotice for the cancellation of services. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe may be subject to cancellation fees.
Liability: Sanson Agriculture will exercise reasonable care and skill in the provision of services; however, the company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of its services, unless caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
Intellectual Property: Sanson Agriculture retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with its services, including but not limited to reports, recommendations, and proprietary tools developed during the engagement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Amendment: Sanson Agriculture reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Sanson Agriculture’s services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Acceptance: By engaging Sanson Agriculture’s services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
